Q: Will the earbuds turn off automatically after been put into the charger case?
A: Yes, it will. Put them into the charger box without turning off them manually. After taking out the earbuds, turn on them and they will pair automatically. Of course you can single use the left or the right.
Q: How to restore the factory settings?
A: Before taking earbuds out from the charging case, make sure both earbuds are charging (LED on earbuds turns on). a. Turn off the earbuds: Press and hold both earbuds for 5 seconds, RELEASE after blink red. b. Press and hold both earbuds for 10 seconds, one of the earbuds will blink white 6 times first, RELEASE after earbuds blink Red. c. Clear Bluetooth connection records on your device. Then turn on the earbuds: Press and hold both earbuds for 1.5 seconds. d. Turn on Bluetooth and search for “Haylou-GT1” and tap to connect when one of the earbuds blinks white.
Haylou GT1 Factory Reset If earphones do not function well, please refer the following steps to reset factory:
Take two Haylou GT1 earbuds out from the case.
Power off First before reset Haylou GT1 earbuds the earphones Please press 2 earbuds control pads for 4 seconds (2 seconds for red light lighting) then the two Haylou GT1 Earbuds will turn off
Factory Reset please hold MFBs on both earbuds for about 15s LED will blink red and white three times twice). then release your finger,the two Haylou GT1 earbuds reset and it will turn off automatically.
After that, put them back to the case.
Delete connectivity record on cellphone before processing another pairing (All connect records relating to the earbuds will all be removed).

Take out both Haylou GT1 earbuds from the case. Two Haylou GT1 Earbuds will pairing each other automatically.

Other problems in charging LED glows solid white for minute when earbuds are topped up. Carry case will not charge earbuds, if its battery drains. LEDs on carry case will turn off once the case is topped up. If you charge it once again, LEDs will not give any notice, which does not mean the case is not charged.

One of the earbuds is mute: Try to put the mute earbud into the charging case and then take it out If the problem is still not solved after the above operation, try the reset steps;

Factory Setting: If the earbuds cannot be connected and used normally, please refer to the following methods:
When the earbuds are in the charging case and the charging case has power, long press MFB button for 10s the earbuds will automatically be reset (the connection records between the two earbuds and device will be cleared)
If all steps successful, Haylou W1 Reset complete!
If the operation fails, please repeat the above steps; or log in to the official store, contact customer service to view the reset operation video
One of the earbuds mute It’s unusual indeed, please set earbuds to factory setting, remove connectivity record on phone and re-connect
Other Charging Problems
White led turns off after 1 minute. It means your earbuds have been fully charged
The earbuds won’t be charged if the charging case is out of power
LED does not turn on when charging the case It means that the case has been fully charged so the light does not turn on
Take out both Haylou W1 earbuds from the case simultaneously, they will automatically power on and paired each other
Open device Bluetooth, search for“ Haylou w1” and click to connect
If the earbuds pair the device success, Haylou W1 Pairing complete!
If connection fails, put earbuds back into case and try again. After connection, earbuds will automatically re-connect to the last-paired device whenever powering on( Bluetooth needs to be turned on).
Switch between mono and stereo mode Pick up two earbuds to auto enter stereo mode and push one back to enter mono mode, Or you can pick it up again to resume stereo mode.
Manual connection: When earbuds are turned off, manually turn on the two earbuds Wait 2-3s for the earbuds to turn on and connect with each other. When indicator lights on both earbuds flash white slowly, turn on device bluetooth to connect
